Yoga Classes – Every Wednesday
From now on, every Wednesday from 12:10 – 12:30 we’re going to be having Yoga Classes before our weekly talk, at Goldstein G01. Please bring a yoga mat or a beach towel to the sessions. And check out the videos of our first session.

First Yoga Talk – 15 August 2012
Talk was on different types of yoga, significance of Kirtan (singing of mantras) and a brief introduction to the science of the body; starting from the physical then the subtle (mind, intelligence) and consciousness. Hot pasta and Halva (Indian sweet) with custard was served for lunch.
First Kirtan Night – 9 August 2012
We had our first Kirtan night last Thursday! Everyone had a great time & sang along in a call & response style to some mind soothing devotional music. And then at the end, everyone feasted on pizza, chips, custard & halva (Indian dessert)!!
Foundation Day – 26 July 2012
Free vegetarian food & our books went out to all again, but the highlight of Foundation Day was our Musical Stage Performance!
Welcome Back Day – 17 July 2012
We had an awesome time on Welcome Back Day, with 70 people signing up! Our mouth watering food was given out to all for free, including other clubs like the Debating Soc, Sikh Soc, Christian Soc, Veggie Soc & Pokemon Club.
Orientation Day 11 July 2012
The UNSW Bhakti Yoga Club started off with its first stall on Orientation Day. Books on Yoga & Meditation, and free scrumptious vegetarian meals were given out to all.
